Sergio Sr. has been working in construction in the Chicagoland area for more than 25 years. Starting as a union laborer, later becoming a carpenter, lead carpenter, then foreman. With over ten years of experience as a foreman, Sergio has acquired a profound knowledge of the inner working of concrete construction, from small foundations to structural mid-rise buildings.
Graduated from Chapingo Autonomous University (Mexico) with a degree in mechanical engineering, 1996.

I have been working in construction for many years learning the daily operations of the jobsite. Now a few years in, I am in charge of doing layout with a robotic total station. I am learning from everyone including laborers, carpenters, and ironworkers to be able to run jobs in the near future

Trevor attended the University of Kansas, where he graduated with a bachelor's degree in civil engineering. Now a union carpenter, Trevor applies his knowledge of civil engineering principles to hands on construction practices.
